The Wallet that Reverses TheftWelcome to the RewindBitcoin wallet (“Service”), operated by La Bolsa Virtual, SL. By using this Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. By using this Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
RewindBitcoin is a 100% self-custody wallet. We do not store your keys, passwords, or recovery phrases. You are solely responsible for securely managing these. Lost access to your recovery phrase, private keys, or wallet password may result in the permanent loss of your funds.
We are not a bank, custodian, exchange, financial intermediary, or financial institution. RewindBitcoin does not hold or manage funds on your behalf.
A fee of 0.40% of the Vault amount is included in the transaction that creates the Vault. This fee is paid to a unique address generated specifically for the Vault, ensuring that Vault usage cannot be associated with RewindBitcoin. We do not link or associate Vaults with any user data.
The optional Rescue feature operates entirely within your browser and does not transmit or store any data on our servers. The recovery instructions and actions are fully contained within the pre-generated file you control. If our site is unavailable, you can still perform recovery manually by following the instructions in the file.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not for unlawful purposes. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for verifying addresses and amounts before sending funds.
While we strive to provide a reliable and error-free experience, software bugs or interruptions may occur. You agree that La Bolsa Virtual, SL is not liable for any losses resulting from such issues, including delays, incorrect balances, or transaction errors. Always verify critical actions independently.
La Bolsa Virtual, SL is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Bolsa Virtual, SL and its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
The Service does not store private keys, passwords, recovery phrases, or any other personal data. Optional features, such as the Rescue service, are fully browser-based and operate without storing user data on our servers.
The Service relies on the Bitcoin network, which is outside our control. We are not responsible for network-related issues, including delays, mining fees, or network congestion.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, including loss of funds or data, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
You are responsible for understanding Bitcoin's risks, including price volatility, potential loss of funds, and third-party attacks. Securely back up your recovery phrases and do not share sensitive information.
Errors or bugs may occur in the Service. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such errors, including incorrect balances or delayed transactions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Your self-custody wallet functionality remains unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Barcelona, Spain.
